Why Did Huckabee Claim he Misspoke about Obama in Kenya?

The Mau Mau issues he was speaking of took place in Kenya. So everything he was talking about would in fact make some since being that he was talking about the events happening in Kenya. But then he just turns around and says " I meant to say Indonesia" which then makes everything he said make no since being there was no Mau Mau Revolution in Indo. So wouldn't that be like someone saying something about the Civil War and America, then saying, " Oh I meant to say Canada", Well there was no civil war in Canada. If Huck was serious when he said he was actually talking about Indonesia then he must really not know what he's talking about.
