Can we have small air conditioning unit inside the helmat ?

I am a chemical engineer. I have a complete knowledge of air conditioning and refrigeration. It is usual observation that if our head and face is cooled we get relief in summer. During driving on two wheeler with helmat in hot summer is highly saffocating. To get relaxation can we fit small AC in hemmat which keeps face and head cool ? This will take solar energy / battery power to work.
