Working out question..........help plz!?

do little weights till you get about 12-13, when puberty should start. if you lift huge weights now you will stunt your growth and will never be as big as 'Taker (although being 6'10 is quite a feat in itself...). you need to do it consistently also....and dont check your muscle everyday or else you wont notice the difference and you'll think you're not gaining muscle.
