What do you do when your career's stalled out?

I'm 43, make about $200K a year at my job. But I haven't moved up or done much different in 15 years. I pretty much found out today that I won't be moving up further at this co. Ever. So do I stay or do I go? If I stay, I've got a new boss. If I go, I have to move my family a long way away to get something comparable. I guess I could buy a business and strike out on my own. I'm very dejected right now. Once upon a time, I was the rising star. But over the years, I pissed the wrong people off and the wrong times, and that's all she wrote. I am extremely hurt. Yes, I make a lot of $$, but there's more to life than money.
