Do you believe in cooties? Why do boys tell me they don't have cooties when I tell them that they have cooties?

Do you believe in boy germs, girl germs, woman girls, and man germs, or just what you think of cooties (if you believe in cooties.) If not give me proof on why you believe that cooties don't exist.
