well dear you just have to be honest about it because it is your life and future after all. I would not say "are you one of those ataturk guys. That is a bit harsh, but rather explain to your father that you want a guy who is sincere about religion and that is your first priority. Also for the guy, tell him too that is what you want and that religion is your first priority and that you want a happy & healthy marriage so if you will be arguing over him missing prayers for example, that is not a good sign. But do not get swept up in the moment. Make sure it is what you want. Make istikhara and inshallah you will know what to do. I wish you the best.
