relax. your twelve. you have plenty of time to lose fat. Keep up a diet like this but realise. to lose weight and fat you HAVE TO EXCERSISE. just eating good wont go you as good as both eating good and excersising. Run half a mile at first, for the first week or so, every day of the week, then move on to 3/4 a mile for a week, every day of the week, than a mile, increasing by 1/4 a mile each time. you will be fine.
