ok so ii have some cheezo eyeliner. i have greasy eyelids kinda so like if i have it on kinda thick, it makes a line on the crease of my eyelid. und my makeup wont stay on!! any help or advice. i d rather not carry around my eyeliner und apply it 24/7 danke!!
