"Would the heat be a problem or what?"?

If the temp of the egg goes above 105 it most likely will kill any chance of the egg hatching.If the temp falls below 45 degrees again same result.If the egg is freshly laid and reaches temps compatible to incubation this is not a problem as long as this is not for very long being the egg will return back to a dormant state once the temp has lowered.
