Can pork neck meat/bones be used as "ribs"?

Picked up what I thought were big meaty ribs from the local market.. just went to prepare them and the tag actually says "Pork Neck Bones"..?? They are, as I said,very meaty & just the right amount of fat like good BBQ ribs! Any reason I shouldn't proceed? Just lathered them in BBQ sauce and have them cooking at 250'..
