Any quick repair for air coming through my window?

I have a 2003 Dodge Neon SXT and while on the highway, I noticed that there was wind coming through my window. I checked to make sure the windows were all closed and they were. When I got out of the car to inspect, I noticed a tear in the rubber around the outside of my driver's side window (don't know what it's called, weatherstripping maybe?). In any case, I tried holding it together to see if gorilla glue would cut it but i can't seem to get them to come together. Any suggestions?
